Term Two - Week One

Rahina: Inference rule one - Using this rule to determine if a clear difference is present in the population. This rule is based on whether medians are inside the box or not.

Ratu: Inference rule two - Using this rule to determine if a clear difference is present in the population. This rule compares OVS to DBM.

Raapa: ANZAC day.
Rapare: Conclusions at Merit level - Using both inference rules in combination to make a correct inference.

Ramere:
Conclusions at Excellence level - Showing statistical insight by discussing reasonability and repeatability.

Homework: Complete pages 46-49 in your Nulake. Due 30/5.

Term One - Week Ten

Rahina: Analysis: Graphs III - Drawing a good box plot and randomly watching Shakespearean plays.

Ratu: Going over test - Working through merit and excellence questions from Algebra test. If you missed this you need to get the answers from someone else!

Raapa: Sampling - Looking at the effects of sampling on graphs, and conclusions we make using them.

Rapare: Further aspects of graphs - Looking at outliers, groupings and clusters.

Ramere:
No school.
